A: Yes, it is. Please feel free to tell us your application and your basic battery requirements. Our R&D team will
provide a full solution to your with these factors taken into consideration: working temperature, dimension,
compound mode, power, capacity, peak current, PCM, fuse, motion control ICs, plug, etc.
3. Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, we can. After discussion and designing with our sales and engineer, we encourage client to order samples
to test our battery quality first.
4. Q: What kind of certificates could you provide for the battery?
A: It’s customized design, no current certificate, but we could apply CE, UL, KC,UN38.3 and other related
certificates for you, but the certificates fee needs to be paid by you, if your quantity is big enough, certificates
fee could be refunded.
5. Q: Shipping terms:
1.Samples checking: sending by Express ( DHL / UPS / FEDEX/ TNT ,by air)
2.Bulk production:sending out by cargo shipping / airfreight /Express(DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT),or we can accept
